The Estate Managers’ News: 12 October 2017

Dear Residents and Members,

We all understand that this aspect of Estate life is a non-negotiable requisite being, for most, one of the prime reasons why Residents reside on the Estate and also being a prime factor in the Estate’s continued outstanding performance insofar as property values are concerned.

The Common Interest Council (CIC) established a Security work group to examine existing resources and to identify possible improvements for consideration in the future.

The first step in this examination was to establish potential advantages, if any, in having one service provider. Economies of scale, efficiencies and avoidance of duplication are some of the issues related to this process.

MOUNT EDGECOMBE COUNTRY CLUB ESTATE SPORT & LIFESTYLE NEWSLETTER

Dear Members & Residents,

We are proud to announce that the Multi-Purpose Track is going full steam ahead and will be rolled out in phases, with a dry run launch on the 18th September. In addition to this we would also like to announce the building of the “Merrick Hills” MTB Trail Centre and this is for mountain bikes only and is a technical skills area.  Please see more information about this further along.

The Multi-Purpose Track is a great asset to our Estate and I am sure you will appreciate that it will require extensive on-going maintenance. Similar to other trails, all users will be required to take out membership and sign an indemnity form. The Multi-Purpose Track will be divided into sections for sponsorship purposes and sponsors will get publicity from both signage on the track as well as through our newsletters and Facebook page. More details for follow at a later date.
