The Squash Club won all of the top 3 divisions in KZN in 2018 and boasts a very strong squash section, currently Adrian Hansen heads up the number one position in the 1st Division. Mount Edgecombe Country Club Squash is renowned to be very strong with vigorous competition for positions on the club ladder, we also have arguably the best two squash courts in the country.
The Squash Section also boasts a large number of social members that play just to keep fit, the section runs on a firm set of rules ensuring that this facility remains world class. Enjoy the spectacular scenery of Mount Edgecombe Country Club’s Courses from a different viewpoint… the water!
The Paddling & Water sports section includes kayaking and stand up paddle boarding on Pani Dam. The dam is open all day paddlers must stay in middle of dam (yellow line on illustrated image left) while golfers are teeing off.
The Watershed Cafe is adjacent for that much needed refreshment afterwards. A weekly time trial / ‘dice’ is held every Wednesday evening.

Mount Edgecombe Country Club Angling Section started in July 2012. Its aim is to promote the sport of angling and provide facilities for its members. Since its formation, it has also become known as the “Mount Edgecombe Fishing Club.” Section activity is focused only on fresh water fishing on the Estate.
Angling Membership is only open to Residential and Non Residential Members of the Mount Edgecombe Country Club Estate. Membership is controlled in accordance with the number of lakes/ponds on the Estate and the impact on golfing activities.
Present in the Estate waters are a number of species including Bass, Carp, Tilapia, Barbell and Eels. Catch and release is encouraged.

The Trail, built and maintained by Ian Wilson from Single Track Minded, is almost 15 kilometres long and runs across both Estate 1 and Estate 2. The Trail is for walkers, runners and Mountain Bikers.
The track is for mountain bikers, runners and walkers and is open out of golf hours.
